In 1986, with the growing acceptance and demand for electronic security and surveillance systems, the directors of the company saw a distinct need in the industry for a medium sized operation with the emphasis on expertise and service.
In 1986 Zoom CCTV was formed operating from a premises in Warrington, it's management and staff already having many years of experience in the electronic security and surveillance industry.
In 1989, Sheffield Zoom CCTV was opened, to provide an even better service to the company’s clients nation-wide. In 1990, the management at Sheffield purchased the majority share holding of the Sheffield Company from its parent company. Whilst the official name was changed to Surveillance Services Ltd, the Zoom trading name was kept on, having built up a reputation for excellence and professionalism. In October of l995 the company's name was changed to VISION CCTV Limited, thus obviating any confusion with its former parent company.
Today we believe that VISION CCTV is acknowledged by its customers and competitors alike to represent the highest quality in CCTV system design, installation and service, bar none.
The Company's CCTV services are underpinned by SSAIB Certification to BS8418 Detector Activated CCTV Systems. Through the services that we provide we have attained many industry standard accreditations. We also Install and Maintain Access Control Systems.
