NOTES
* Intermediate maintenance does not include any parts. Any spares/parts required are all deemed chargeable. Temporary equipment is not supplied during breakdown or failure of equipment with this option.
** Provide emergency response to service calls within 24 hours where necessary, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
*** Provide all parts and labour costs arising out of breakdown or defect of the equipment, excluding any locking mechanisms & door furniture provided by client, it the access system functionality is compromised in any shape or form due to the integrity of the door & surrounding frame or by any 3rd party equipment and also excluding any breakdown or damage due to any extraneous causes whatsoever such as mains power loss or fluctuation, lightning damage, or any accidental or malicious damage. The replacement of batteries is excluded from this agreement. The client is responsible for providing any suitable access equipment (e.g. cherry-picker, scaffolding etc.), which may be necessary for safe working at height for the purpose of the installation and future servicing of the equipment.

The repair or replacement of digital recorder’s hard-disk(s) is excluded from this agreement, except where covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The client is responsible for providing any suitable access equipment (e.g. cherry-picker, scaffolding etc.), which may be necessary for safe working at height for the purpose of the installation and future servicing of the equipment.
