In 1986, with the growing acceptance and demand for electronic security and surveillance systems, the directors of the company saw a distinct need in the industry for a medium sized operation with the emphasis on expertise and service.
In 1986 Zoom CCTV was formed operating from a premises in Warrington, it's management and staff already having many years of experience in the electronic security and surveillance industry.
In 1989, Sheffield Zoom CCTV was opened, to provide an even better service to the company’s clients nation-wide. Whilst the official name was changed to Surveillance Services Ltd, the Zoom trading name was kept on, having built up a reputation for excellence and professionalism.
